Summary:With the development of a market economy in China, private companies have attracted more attention from academic researchers. For example, scholars Wang Xuanyu, Li Xingchun and Chen Ling analyzed Guangdong Huadi Group, a well-known Chinese manufacturer of household appliances based in Guangdong, a province in south China, in order to identify those factors that contribute to the success of a non-family business. The results of their study are in a paper titled, “Capital Joint-Venture and Trust Expansion--Research on non-family Entrepreneurial Partnership”.
