Financial databases such as Bloomberg and Eikon are accessed using a client-based software that is installed on a physical computer in the Investment Studio at Li Ka Shing Library. Using desktop virtualization technology, financial databases can be accessed remotely without the need of physical presence in the library, increasing availability and accessibility to the resources.
