Summary: | The article discusses a study that aims to prove that organizational policies can create a context in which other forms of justice are evaluated by looking at how the fairness of organizational policies are related to factors such as turnover, citizenship behavior and job satisfaction, as well as how organizational policies can interact with other forms of justice to predict outcomes. The article concludes that the study results suggest that although policy fairness is related to both distributive and procedural justice, it predicts organizational outcomes above and beyond these other facets. |
