Risk Analysis and the Formulation of Acquisition/ Diversification Strategies
This paper examines the value of risk analysis in acquisition/diversification appraisal in relation to a pseudonymous real case of acquisition. The value of the approach is reviewed and guidelines are suggested for adoption and implementation in the context of organizational policy dialogue.
