The project will enhance the opportunities for SMU to engage with the community, and showcase the talent and vibrancy of the SMU campus and Singapore’s youth. Key features to be added to the SMU city campus include new seminar rooms; group study spaces; a centralised Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) space; an expanded, three-storey Fitness Centre; and a new Amphitheatre on Campus Green that will be a focal point of student and community-engagement activities. Altogether, these facilities add a total seating capacity of 1,185. The University is also exploring the feasibility of a jogging track on its campus grounds. 2015-05-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/oh_pressrelease/122 https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1121&context=oh_pressrelease http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ SMU Press Releases eng Institutional Knowledge at Singapore Management University Singapore higher education space buildings student spaces Singapore Management University Asian Studies Higher Education |
