Hybrid ARQ scheme using TCM and code combining
A hybrid automatic-repeat-request scheme using trellis-code modulation and code combining is described. Analytical results show that the proposed scheme offers an improved throughput efficiency and is more adaptive to channel noise conditions than the existing schemes.
