In this paper, we propose an efficient and privacy-preserving biometric identification outsourcing scheme. Specifically, the biometric: To execute a biometric identification, the database owner encrypts the query data and submits it to the cloud. The cloud performs identification operations over the encrypted database and returns the result to the database owner. A thorough security analysis indicates that the proposed scheme is secure even if attackers can forge identification requests and collude with the cloud. Compared with previous protocols, experimental results show that the proposed scheme achieves a better performance in both preparation and identification procedures. 2018-03-01T08:00:00Z text application/pdf https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/sis_research/4863 info:doi/10.1109/ACCESS.2018.2819166 https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/context/sis_research/article/5866/viewcontent/Privacy_preserving_biometric_pv.pdf http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ Research Collection School Of Computing and Information Systems eng Institutional Knowledge at Singapore Management University Biometric identification cloud computing data outsourcing privacy-preserving Information Security |
