The National Productivity and Continuing Education Council (NPCEC), set up to spur Singapore to step up its efforts to boost skills and enterprise productivity, has identified the accountancy sector as one that has the scope for productivity growth and could potentially bring about spill-over productivity effects to other industries (Straits Times, 2012). 2012-08-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/soa_research/885 https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/context/soa_research/article/1884/viewcontent/HelpingHandsAP.pdf http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ Research Collection School Of Accountancy eng Institutional Knowledge at Singapore Management University Accounting Productivity government policies SMEs small businesses Accounting Human Resources Management
