This is a case comment on two recent decisions in Singapore on insider dealing and false trading: Tan Chong Koay and another v Monetary Authority of Singapore [2011] SGCA 36; [2010] SGHC 277 and Monetary Authority of Singapore v Lew Chee Fai Kevin [2010] SGHC 166.
