In übersichtlicher Form werden die Unterschiede, Besonderheiten und Kombinationsmöglichkeiten der unterschiedlichen Verfahren dargestellt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Verhandlungsmanagement und Mediation. Aktuelle Entwicklungstendenzen der Mediation in Deutschland mit Blick auf die angloamerikanischen "Vorreiter-" Länder werden berücksichtigt. |
