The new UN Convention on mediation (aka the ‘Singapore Convention’) – Why it’s important for Hong Kong

This article introduces the Singapore Convention on Mediation, whilst providing a Hong Kong perspective. It argues that the Convention is an important tool for both commercial disputes and investor-state disputes.
