This we term the 'politics of quality' in public housing. We then discuss briefly some reactions to such attempts at hegemony. 1997-03-01T08:00:00Z text application/pdf https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/soss_research/1691 info:doi/10.1080/0042098976069 https://ink.library.smu.edu.sg/context/soss_research/article/2948/viewcontent/PublicHousingSingaporeQuality1990_1997.pdf http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ Research Collection School of Social Sciences eng Institutional Knowledge at Singapore Management University Singapore building standards developing country housing policy housing quality public housing quality improvement social housing Asian Studies Public Policy Urban Studies
