This study was conducted by interviewing Chief Engineer and a staff who responsible for spare parts inventory. The results found that each departments face with inventory management and stock management problem which lead to information analysis each type of store inventory and in the right quantities. Lack of document spectating. Add storage and inventory costs are standard. Standard storage and distribution. From the above problems, we proposed the ABC Classification and inventory Control System for 131 types of spare parts. The results were for type A, there were 8 types of spare parts in this class which the usage value of the spare parts was 26,656 baht, and this type can apply the fixed interval time system. For type B, there was 11 types of spare parts in the class which the usage value of spare parts was 4,583.50 baht and type C, there was 24 types of spare parts in this class which the usage value of spare parts was 1,529.25 baht and B, C types can use the Two Bin System. And Dead Stock was the spare parts that never been used over the period, but still kept in the inventory. For resolving operation problems, each departments designed the specific storage area, also identified in the chart storage and include the goods indicator.
