The objective of the independent study in this topic is to develop the business intelligence for loan management of Chiang Mai University Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. The development process consists of system analysis, database design and system development. There are 2 user groups, one is a group of executives and other is IT officers. The development process is also include authorization process, ETL process, OLAP cube development and multidimensional reporting. The business intelligence is used for supporting executives to make decisions in loan management. Development of Business Intelligence for the Loan Management of Chiang Mai University Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. was developed by using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, consist of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 for data warehouse management, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Service for ETL Process development, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Service for creating OLAP Cubes and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for creating reports which user can view via web based application. The results of user satisfaction survey from 7 users, found that the satisfaction rate is at the highest. The system can produces accurate information and give the right answers for making decision.
