Description
Summary:A 3-year-9-month-old boy presented with a 1-year history of recurrent abdominal pain. The abdomen was soft with no tenderness or palpable mass. Ultrasound showed a large multiloculated cystic mass on the left side of the abdomen. Abdominal Computed tomography (CT) showed volvulus of the proximal jejunum with associated mesenteric cyst, multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes, and enlarged lymphatic vessels in the mesentery. Surgery confirmed the CT findings.
