Summary:The objective for the research is to study 1) the methods Administration Management of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Religion Property Management, Monastery’s activities and building) 2)The results of Administration Management of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (Structure Management of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep office) 3) The factor that effect on Administration Management of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep(The internal factors are a leadership of Abbot, staffs and budget and the external factors are clergy, government sector and private sector) 4) The problem and obstacle in Administration Management of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep Its methodology is to collect data from Thai Tripitaka exegesis, related various sources and research works as well as from informal interviewing to study qualitative research by methodology document research consist of methodology in-depth interview from data giver analyzing data and presenting it in descriptive way. The research was studied about the management methods of each department; Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Religion Property Management, Monastery’s activities and building. The data has been collected by interviewing all internal and external stakeholders of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and documenting the reaction and surrounding during the interviewing. Then all data were analyzed by content based analysis. The results of the research found that Wat Phra That Doi Suthep had a clear and transparent administration and management methods covered Human Resources Management, Administratiion Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Religion Property Management and Monastery’s activities. The Management Committees are formed to manage each department. The convenience and efficiency management method of the Wat Phra That Doi Suthep was shown by divided into each department with separated staffs. This management method created a convenient coordination. From the interviewing staffs of each department, it found that they intend to work and follow the system assigned by the monastery. In addition, there are 2 factors that affect and impact on Wat Phra That Doi Suthep administration and management. The internal factors are a leadership of Abbot, staffs and budget and the external factors are clergy, government sector and private sector. Both factors are support and benefit to each other, The Wat Phra That Doi Suthep succeeds and becomes one of a good model on Monastery’s development in Buddhism.
