The product synthesized at 200 ° C for 72 h was specified as cubic CdTe nanocrystals (41.39 nm) evaluated by the Scherrer equation, with 550 nm emission peak excited by 300 nm wavelength. 2018-01-24T04:48:09Z 2018-01-24T04:48:09Z 2015-01-01 Journal 15849953 18422403 2-s2.0-84947079056 https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?partnerID=HzOxMe3b&scp=84947079056&origin=inward http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/44796
