Summary:This independent study aimed to 1) study problems and demands for a development of supply officer of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) Study guidelines of supply officer development of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The 3 study processes were 1) a study of overview and problems on a development of supply officer in small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the samples were 213 samples from a small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 who hold the tiltle of School administrator, head of supply officer, and supply officer. Research instrument was questionnaire with had been analyzed for means and standard deviation as a statistical treatment of the data. 2) study and establish the guideline of supply officer development of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 5 supply officer sevelopmentexpertises who work for Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1-6 by used purposive sampling technique. Indept interview was applied for thic stage cover 6 development areas as; 1)training 2)inspection and technical visit 3)on the job training : OJT 4)coaching and 5)meeting and lecturing. An analytical of data by use an interview summary form which have been approved by interviewees. 3) the effectiveness test of the guideline of supply officer development of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, samples, were 5 personnel administrator staffs who reach at least 10 year of experience and selected by purposive sampling technique to checking possibilities, appropriatenesses and, benefits of the established guidelines. A usage of means and standard deviation for a data statistical treatment. The result found that the overview and problems on a development of supply officer in small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in 5 development areas was less applicable and development problems were lack of training, lack of on the job training, lack of coaching, lack of meeting and lecturing and, lack of inspection and technical visit in 6 dimensions of supply management process;1)planning or project specification 2)demand request 3)budgeting 4)application planning 5) maintainance and 6) distribution. A guideline of supply officer development of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in 5 dimensions;1)training 2)inspection and technical visit 3)on the job training : OJT 4)coaching and 5)meeting and lecturing used Demming's PDCA techniques comprises of supply officer development planning such as supply management planning for in-school supply service, determining of supply budget, supply sourcing, supply distribution which legally conform, supply serial and control, receiving officer allocation and qualification. A factors affected supply checking and maintainance throughout supply reallocation protocol in case of deterioration was applied for greater operational procedure. Possibility, appropriateness and, benefit testing result of guideline of supply officer development of small-sized school in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were in highly to very high level
