Summary:This independent study aimed to explore satisfaction of orthopedist surgeons in northern region towards services marketing mix of total knee prosthesis of Zimmer Medical (Thailand) company limited. The data were collected from 80 orthopedist surgeons. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisted of a frequency, a percentage, and a mean. The research results were summarized as follows. Regarding the study on satisfaction of orthopedist surgeons in northern region towards services marketing mix of total knee prosthesis of Zimmer Medical (Thailand) company limited, the respondents ranked their satisfaction at a high level towards process, physical evidence, place, product, promotion , people and price respectively Product, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: good reputation of the company, varieties of sizing and product certified by Thai FDA and US FDA, accordingly Price, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: consonant price with quality, competitive prices and credit term allowance, accordingly Place, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: convenient location and easy to order, convenient to contact and fully coverage area accordingly. Promotion, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: complete of providing product literature, educational support to attend local and international congress and providing consigns Implant and Instrument to the hospital, accordingly. People, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: kindliness of sales representative, good relationship with the customer and high competency to solve technical problems, accordingly. Process, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: completely shipment, fast delivery and easy to order, accordingly. Physical evidence, the respondent ranked their highest satisfaction to the top three sub-factors as follows: innovative instruments, cleanliness of packaging and location easy to contact, accordingly.
