Summary:This independent study aimed to study Job Satisfaction of Daily-Paid Workers Towards Tasty Fruit Company Limited, Lampang province. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all 108 daily workers of the studied company. Data obtained was assessed by statistical analysis, comprising frequency, percentage and mean. According to the study on general background of respondents, most of them or 54.63% were female, aged of 20-30 years old, with high school/vocational certificate or an equivalent level of education. Their domicile was in the northern region. They lived with parents and were in the position of production worker. The majority had worked at the studied company for 12 months or more and earned daily income at 300 – 350 baht in average. The results of the study on Job Satisfaction of Daily-Paid Workers Towards Tasty Fruit Company Limited, Lampang province presented that the respondents rated their satisfaction at moderate level towards factors namely communication, company and management, supervision, intrinsic aspects of the job, Opportunity for Advancement,working conditions, securities, compensation or fringe benefit, and wage; at low level towards social of the job. In this study, the respondents were classified according to gender, working division and working period and hereafter were shown the results. As for the different groups of gender, the level of satisfaction of male respondents towards wage, social of the job and compensation or fringe benefit factors was lower than female respondents’. As for the different groups of working division, the respondents working in production, packaging, repairing and maintenance, and quality control divisions rated their satisfaction at low level towards social of the job factor; while the respondents working in warehouse division rated their satisfaction at low level towards all factors. As for the different groups of working period, the respondents with working period between 6 – 12 months rated their satisfaction at low level towards social of the job factor. The majority of this group worked in production division. At the end of this report, suggestions to improve satisfaction of daily workers of the studied company were discussed.
