Summary: | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of competency of surveyor in the Survey Section at Chiang Mai Land Office and Branches. (2) To analyze the factors that causes differences in core competency and functional competency of Surveyor in Survey Section at Chiang Mai Land Office and Branches.
The study used quantitative research methods (Qualitative Research Methodology). The population in this study include; Chiang Mai Provincial Land Officer and Branch Land Officer, Chief of Survey Section and surveyors 107 people. The data collection was done by using the questionnaire.
According to the results, Surveyor in the Survey Section at Chiang Mai Land Office and Branches have a high level both in core competency (intergrity ,team work, job effectiveness and professional) and functional competency.
Personal Factor such as gender, age, income, knowledge level, experience and type of position are not different significantly.
Staff Development Factor of Surveyor in the Survey Section at Chiang Mai Land Office and Branches are different significantly. |
