Summary: | This independent study aims to investigate Decision Support System for Employee Performance Appraisal of C.E. Group Supply Co.,LTD in order to systematically evaluate the officers’ performance, be justified in salary adjustment for the all staffs and efficiently raise staffs’ salaries so that , can make the better performance to human resources officers. The current of evaluation was studied as the adjustment guideline for the new officers’ evaluation in order to be perfect and precise evaluation based on probability, good database record and precise and correct interval prescribing for decision making analysis. There have many dimensions in term of the evaluation patterns comparison such as graph and documents presentation in order to be more convenient to adapt.
The performance evaluation was performed by Window Applications but the system cannot connect with internet. Microsoft’s Visual Studio.Net 2012 which connected with My SQL database program was applied as development program.
In term of the result, after the company evaluated all of staff members by the questionnaires showed that, Decision Support System for Employee Performance Appraisal of C.E. Group Supply Co.,LTD is convenient to use, appropriate screen composition, convenient to search the information and the precision of data processing is in high evaluation principle. |
