The Factors which affected to the effectiveness of The Implementation Effectiveness of Sub-committees for the Appropriation Student Loans Fund and Income Contingent Loans in Chiang Mai University in high level are Organizational Characteristics , Environment Characteristics , Employee characteristic as well as Policies and practices whereof all the factor are corresponding at statistic significant level 0.001.
