Dielectric properties of modified SrFe0.5Nb0.5O 3 ceramics prepared by a solid-state reaction technique

In the present work, SrFe 0.5 Nb 0.5 O 3 (SFN) ceramics doped with calcium were synthesized via a solid state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction reveals that both the powders and ceramics have a pure-phase perovskite structure with orthorhombic symmetry. The dielectric properties and related para...

Description
Summary:In the present work, SrFe 0.5 Nb 0.5 O 3 (SFN) ceramics doped with calcium were synthesized via a solid state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction reveals that both the powders and ceramics have a pure-phase perovskite structure with orthorhombic symmetry. The dielectric properties and related parameters of the ceramics were investigated. The result revealed that the ceramics exhibit good dielectric behavior and have a significant potential for dielectric applications. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
