Phase and structure characterizations revealed the presence of Bi 2 Te 3 crystals with uniform shape of rice kernels in the size of 1 μ g, E 1 1g , A 1 1g E 2 1g , and A 2 1g at 35.19,60.35, 100.58 and 130.37 cm -1 , respectively.
