Summary: | The study aimed at applying House of Quality or Quality Function Deployment Techniques in order to improve the curriculum for energy training - be able to respond the requirements of the course participants. To do the research, customers’ requirements needed to be explored to begin with and then initiate the survey according to the information. The target group consisted of government officers from 38 provinces (38 persons). After that, data obtaining from the surveys and the requirements of participants were analyzed by SPSS Program and Quality Function Deployment stage-by-stage respectively. The result, at last, was the improvement method of energy training curriculum. Thereafter, the improved curriculum was implemented and compared the outcome between situations before and after changes by comparing the satisfaction level of the participants taking parts in the energy training curriculum. The consequence of the analysis revealed that the average satisfaction level of the participants before the improvement was 3.52; however, it was 4.02 on average after the improvement. There was, moreover, a rise of changes percentage 16.13%. In other words, the average level of satisfaction was heightened. To summarize, the improvement of training curriculum by applying Quality Function Deployment is able to allow the voices of customers’ necessity and to improve in order to respond the actual need of customers. |
