Preparation of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics from (1-x)BNLT-xBT ceramics system

The preparation of Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of lanthanum doped bismuth sodium tinanate (Bi0.487Na0.487 La 0.017TiO3 : BNLT) and barium titanate (BaTiO3 : BT) have been carried out in the system of (1-x)BNLT-xBT where x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.0. The BNLT and BT powders were produced separat...

The optimum sintering temperatures of ceramics are in the range of 1100°C to 1150°C with a soaking time for 2 hours. The optimum conditions in terms of microstructure, physical, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were found in the (1-x)BNLT-xBT ceramic with x = 0.2. 2014-08-30T02:56:10Z 2014-08-30T02:56:10Z 2007 Conference Paper 00150193 10.1080/00150190701536945 79199 FEROA http://www.scopus.com/inward/record.url?eid=2-s2.0-75849157370&partnerID=40&md5=23039b302853634dc5353492d3a5b1c2 http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/handle/6653943832/5120 English
