The XRD and electron diffraction patterns were simulated by CaRIne Crystallography 3.1 program and were found to be in accordance with those of the interpretation. The product analysed using scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, appeared as the nanorods with their growth in the [1 1 1] direction.
