Antioxidant capacity was measured in terms of total phenolic and total flavonoid contents and radical scavenging activity. Among the fruits tested, Elaegnus latifolia had the highest antioxidant capacity. The fruit contained highest level of phenolics, flavonoids and radical scavenging activity. 2018-09-04T10:06:53Z 2018-09-04T10:06:53Z 2015-01-01 Book Series 05677572 2-s2.0-84940118121 https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?partnerID=HzOxMe3b&scp=84940118121&origin=inward http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/54037 |
