The obtained Cyt c modified PABA thin film was characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, XPS, AFM, and SEM-EDX techniques. Shifts of the UV-vis absorption peaks were observed from Cyt c modified PABA thin film compared with Cyt c solution and PABA thin film.
