Phase, morphology, vibration modes and optical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and UV-VIS and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy.
