Here, we have implemented the KMS on three SMEs in Thailand, which has integrated business process reengineering (BPR), enterprise resource planning (ERP), new product development (NPD), and joint application development (JAD) concepts. The significant success in personnel alignment, processes, IT, and product development was achieved. |
