Studies were performed on the samples prepared by solid state reaction for x = 0.10, 0.12, 0.14, 0.16, 0.18 and 0.20. The XRD analysis demonstrated that with increasing BFN content in (1 - x)PZT-xBFN, the structural change occurred from tetragonal to the mixture of tetragonal and cubic phase.
