Sintering of Fe-doped Bi<inf>0.5</inf>Na<inf>0.5</inf>TiO<inf>3</inf>at < 1000 °C
Fe-doped Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3ceramics with Fe-ion content varied from 0 to 0.15 at.% were successfully prepared by conventional solid state reaction method.
