Description
Summary:The method of thermal annealing was applied to 0.05PZN-0.15PNN-0.8PZT ceramics to improve its electrical properties. The ceramics were prepared via a columbite method: sintered at 1250°C for 2 h, followed by the thermal annealing at 900°C for 8-24 h. Improvements in many electrical properties such as dielectric and ferroelectric properties were observed. Annealing for 8 h was found to be the optimum annealing condition for the ceramics. The results were discussed in term of densification and composition variation after annealing. Copyright © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
