Summary: | © 2019 IEEE. Nowadays, China suffers from serious overuse of antibiotics. Although the Health Ministry has launched a nationwide campaign over the past few years to regulate the use of antibiotics, the government still faces great challenges as some public hospitals have loosened supervision on prescription safety under heavy pressure from patients. Therefore, it is of great significance for such hospitals to facilitate the reduction of unnecessary antibiotics through change management. The research is to build a change management model to change the doctors' prescribing behaviour to give less antibiotics in a small public Chinese hospital. |
