K12 Education stands for the educational level from primary school to high school and it is the fundamental and greatest concern part of whole Education Form. Just because the vast market is K12 small scale English training center, problems of training center constantly spring up. The most common and unresolved issues of the overwhelming majority of small scale training center are teachers' training process, which means that teachers discontent with the existing training process and complained about the low achievement it is. The case study, Morejoy Education in Chongqing, China, is representative among smallest scale K12 English training center. The author used Morejoy Education as an example, with the help of previous research, to design an appropriate questionnaire to find out what do teachers' real need acquiring from teacher' training process.
