During the working period, they would be under the care and responsibility of the mentors. Therefore, the competencies for evaluating, monitoring, and developing the course have been set by applying the short-Term study method by the experts. The competency also results from a survey of 19 mentors from the software companies, industrial companies, and service companies. The core competency is divided into five categories, which are Achievement Motivation, Interpersonal Understanding, Expertise, Integrity and Teamwork, and Functional Competency. The functional competency is divided into six categories, which are Creative Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Communication, and System Thinking.
