Method: The research tools consisted of a questionnaire for demographic characteristics, Game Addiction Screening Test (GAST) for children and adolescents, the Suanprung Stress Test as well as statistical analysis involving frequency, percentile, standard deviation, and the Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Results: The results showed correlation coefficient as follows: (1) Preoccupation with the game and stress had no relationship. (2) Loss of control in game playing and stress had very little relationship, whereas the correlation coefficient was 0.15 and statistical significance was 0.05 (3) Function impairment and stress also had little relationship whereas the correlation coefficient was 0.221 and the statistical significance was 0.01 and (4) Game playing behavior and stress had very little relationship as well whereas the correlation coefficient was 0.159 and the statistical significance was 0.05. 2020-04-02T15:12:56Z 2020-04-02T15:12:56Z 2019-08-01 Journal 09765506 09760245 2-s2.0-85073515997 10.5958/0976-5506.2019.02042.4 https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?partnerID=HzOxMe3b&scp=85073515997&origin=inward http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/67975
