Summary: | A survey using closed-ended questions is conducted in order to determine the demographic structure and job efficiency of personnel respondents. The population is defined as of personnel who are working for international postal service of Post Co., Ltd. at Chiang Mai Province in Thailand. The purpose of the study was to study factors influencing an efficiency of the service. Data was obtained with the survey which was conducted 160 questionnaires of 13 Post Offices at Meuang District, Chiang Mai . Data analysis was done using logistic regression models constructed; binary logistic regression model in order to investigate the data mainly used in this study.
The survey results showed including single male, age between 19 -30 years, graduate from the postal school, The salary between 7,000 – 20,000.- Baht and have an experience. Factor influencing the most efficiency of the Post Office and competition was marketing as one of the most important factor. The job aim to be regularly promote on the Head Post at Post Office and finding the least problem is the relate. |
