Summary:The study aim is to develop a knowledge management system for Keihin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. A knowledge management process was used as concept framework for this study. There were 6 steps in the procedure according to the knowledge management process as follows: 1. Define the kind of intellectual capital or knowledge required by studying the organization strategy of knowledge management and selecting knowledge topics. 2. Create the intellectual capital or search for helpful existing intellectual capital by selecting whose abilities and experiences to be the knowledgeable experts. 3. Seeking and storing relevant knowledge in the organization. Systematically by capturing and analyzing knowledge from knowledge experts. 4. Sharing, exchanging, distributing, and transferring knowledge by training activities and creating knowledge base web sites. 5. Using and applying the knowledge for efficiency in the manufacturing processes. 6. Evaluating the knowledge management system, opportunities, and guidelines for further projects. The finished results of this study showed that knowledge management process enhances employee's knowledge to good level. Moreover the information technical enhances the knowledge management system as well.
