The tools used in this study was Questionnaire and analyzed by using average and standard deviation and one way ANOVA. From the study, it found that the problem condition Knowledge Management in Educational Institutions Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35, Lamphun Province are good. Separate by school found good too. The Separate form the size of school by compare for Knowledge Management in School found good and the statistically significant had 0.1, so in the bolt found The knowledge indicator, making and searching knowledge, managing knowledge system, codifying and screening knowledge, approaching knowledge, and learning, the statistically significant had 0.1 and exchanging various knowledge the statistically significant had 0.5. The result of compare with Knowledge Management in Educational Institutions pare found the all school had Knowledge Management in School. In the large school and small school had different statistically significant 0.5, the large school and medium school had different statistically significant 0.5 but medium school and small school had no statistically significant 0.5. The problem for Knowledge Management in Educational Institutions are don’t have plan, checking evaluation of knowledge management, technology in preparation for a knowledge database system, supervision, checking for documentation regularly, no meeting or forum to share knowledge with each other, budget for innovation in school.
