Summary:The study of “Need of Members of Hua Dong Furniture Trading Community Enterprise, Sung Men District, Phrae Province Towards E-Commerce” The purpose of this study is to learn the needs of using E-Commerce .In addition ,142 questionnaires were all members. After the questionnaires were analyzed. Most respondenting never to use E- Commerce 104 persons and ever to use before 38 persons and most respondents have experience in business between 1-5 years and experience in business for over 15 years. Most of ever use E-Commerce, The highest frequency for the number of staff in a business is less than 10. Most of respondents invested between 100,000-500,000 baht in fixed asset. Most of respondents have income average less than 50,000 bath per month. A high percentage of respondent’s market is domestic, The respondents are mostly male, aged between 40-49 years old, and have a bachelor’s degrees, most respondent are owners of the business or entrepreneur. The knowledge of E-Commerce in the level of E-Commerce, All level has least mean score .The analysis of the needs for E-Commerce in SMEs showed that overall respondent has a medium mean score. The use of e-mail to communicate with customer has the highest mean score . SME need to use E-Commerce for business to customer (B to C) has a highest mean scores. In addition, the results found that most SME had not used E-Commerce. The major reason of not using it is size of business. They are small size.The second problem is the knowledge of E-Commerce has not enough.
