| Summary: | The study was conducted to evolve Information System Development of The New Life Bookstore. First, the operation data was analyzed to determine the cause of problem. Then, the information system was created to increase efficiency of inventory management and distribution channel.
The study is done by web application developing. With PHP, MySQL is used asdatabase management system. The information system's users were divided into 4 groups : 1) System Administrator who manages security permission and back up data, 2) owner who prints report and manages all data, 3) staff who records selling data and looks after system data, and 4) customer who obtains the e-commerce system.
The study found that the average of satisfaction score is 4.56 (which means very satisfaction), It evaluated by one system administrator, one owner and two staffs. That's mean the information system increased the efficiency of inventory management and distribution. 15 of general customer evaluated satisfaction score 4.56 (satisfaction). Customers can shop via web application e-commerce easier. |
