Summary:In this studying has a purpose to follow the apprentice of DVT students in Farm Mechanics, Diploma in Vocational Level, Chiang Mai College of Agriculture and Technology and Nakornrachasima College of Agriculture and Technology and to study the thinking of students about the experience that they received. The Population that used in this studying is 27 students in Farm Mechanics, the owner of workplace, 18 training teachers and 18 the directors-teachers. The tool that used is rating scale questionnaire. The information that is an analyzed by statistic method that use percentage, average and deviation standard in 5 sides is Academic Capabilities that received from the students’ training, Skills and the work practices that received from the students’ training, Personality-Individual feature after from the student’s training, The way to solve the problem after from the student’ training and The evaluation of the students’ training. The result form the studying, find that 1) in the side of academic capabilities that received from the students’ training, students, the owner of the workplace, training teachers and the director and teachers hare the same thinking that they are in the so high level. 2) in the side of skills and the work practices that received from the students’ training students, the owner of the workplace, trainers and the director-teachers have the same thinking that is in the high level. 3) in the side of personalities-individual feature after training-students, the owner of the workplace, trainers hare the same thinking that they are in the much level but the director the teacher have the same thinking that is in the most level. 4) in the side of the way to solve problem that happened while the student’ training, the students the owner of the workplace trainers have the thinking that is in the much level. And 5) in the side of the evaluation the student’ training, the students. the owner of the workplace the trainers and the director - the teachers have the thinking that is in the much level.
