Summary:According to United Nation (UN) data, Thailand population is estimated at 69,625,582 people at midyear. Thailand population is equivalent to 0.9 percent of the total world population that are included employment and unemployment. Thailand is known for its tolerance of the transgender community, though the transgender still against in society especially in term of employment in workplace despite legislative and social efforts to achieve equality of transgender. This study aimed to analyze of factors affecting on transgender employment in the Thai labor market for increasing jobs opportunity in transgender group. The relevant approach for this study were a transgender who are employed person. The study was carried on with 400 samples by using questionnaire asking strategy. On the other hand, there was majors important in the degrees of satisfaction with the three type of instructions in each of programs as confirmed by the conclusion to hypothesis that why the authors decided to using the Structure Equation Model (SEM) to finding the results of hypothesis. The research discovered that the personality factors especially external appearance of transgender had a significant impact on the employment of transgender. According to the analysis from the sample group of 400 people, it could be noticed that Chi-square=137.464, df=99, p=0.006, CMIN/DF=1.389, GFI=0.959, RMSEA=0.031, which corresponded with the analysis of Structure Equation Model (SEM). From the result of SEM, it could come up g to the conclusion that factors mentioned by researcher had influenced the process of job recruitment for the transgender. To gain higher chance of being accepted for the position, transgender people could consider these factors for their self-improvement to the better job opportunity and advancement in their career path. At the end of the thesis, combined with the research process and the research results, some management suggestions were put forward for transgender group, governments section, Organization section and the research shortcomings and prospects of this paper were summarized
