Summary:The purposes of the research were to 1) synthesize the quality of life indicators of undergraduate students in upper northern universities, 2) analyze the factor indicators of the quality of life for the undergraduate students in upper northern universities and 3) study the factors may influence the quality of life of undergraduate students in upper northern universities.The sample consisted of the 1,442 undergraduate students who were studying in upper northern universities in the academic year 2018. The Independent variations were studied and divided into 2 groups: Group 1 were the personal factors such as self-esteem, life satisfaction, mental and physical and Group 2 were the social environmental factors that influenced students’ lives among families, friends and societies, instructors and universities. The questionnaires were used to collect data and yield for .963 of its validity. The data were analyzed by using an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) by Equamax with Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and the path analysis between factors influencing the quality of life of the undergraduate students in upper northern universities by MPlus Program.The results of this research were as follow : 1. The result was indicated 33 indicators of the quality of life of undergraduate students in upper northern universities.2. The result of analyzing the factor indicators of the quality of life for theundergraduate students in upper northern universities demonstrated the level of 6 factors of the quality of life of undergraduate students in in upper northern universities which were university service satisfactions, social services, social lives, study lifestyles, anxiety feelings, and leisure activities. Each factor was described by the variance of 71.177% from 33 items and the factor loading had shown .573 to .848. 3. The result of the analysis on the factor indicators of the quality of life for theundergraduate students in upper northern universities found that; 3.1 The personal factors such as self-esteem, life satisfaction, mental and physical had influenced the quality of life for the undergraduate students in upper northern universities hada total effect size and statically significance at the .01 level. 3.2 The social environmental factors which influenced students’ lives among families, friends, and societies, instructors and universities had both direct and indirect influences upon the quality of life for the undergraduate students in upper northern universities through their factors were statically significant at .01 level.
