| Summary: | The main objectives of this research are to study (1) the value of willingness to pay off-season rice insurance premiums and (2) to study the factors affecting the willingness to pay the insurance premiums for off-season rice farmers in Chiang Rai Province. The situation was assumed to assess the willingness to pay, and collected questionnaires from farmers in Chiang Rai province. 400 samples. And analyze the factors that affect the willingness to pay insurance premiums And the value of willingness to pay off second rice insurance premiums by farmers using the Multiple Regession Analysis.
The results show that farmers are willing to pay offensive insurance premiums at 91 baht per rai. The factors that have influenced the value of willingness to pay off-season insurance premiums for farmers are the damage of off-season rice cultivation in the past 5 years.
