A particular branch of economics, Behavioural Economics (BE), which consists of a combination of economics and psychology and focuses on human behaviour, has drawn much attention due to its implementation in organizations across the world. Hence, based on their common characteristic of being human-focused, Behavioural Economics (BE) and Organizational Management (OM) can easily interact in the spectrum of knowledge management. Knowledge transfer can serve as a medium or intermediary in the application of Behavioural Economics (BE) to promote Organizational Management (OM). However, there is currently a gap in the literature with regard to the key concepts in the area of Behavioural Economics (BE) and Organizational Management (OM), which indicates that further research is needed to examine the combination and implementation of mechanisms that focus on utilising the key concepts of knowledge in an organization. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the key factors that impact the transfer of knowledge and develop a knowledge transfer process in the CMCC. A conceptual knowledge transfer framework based on a combination of key concepts in the areas of Behavioural Economics (BE), Organizational Management (OM) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) can be constructed from a literature review, while a case study will be utilised to put the results into practice and ensure that the framework is operability in reality. Both quantitative and qualitative data is utilised in this study. The data analysis and results of the literature review will facilitate the identification of the most important factors that influence the process of knowledge transfer within the CMCC. The knowledge transfer framework is the most important output of this study, since it provides a precedent for the feasibility of integrating Behavioural Economics (BE), Organizational Management (OM) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) in the CMCC. The knowledge transfer framework designed based on the empirical data from the CMCC in accordance with practical problems and theoretical support from the literature. This will also make it possible for this knowledge transfer framework to be applied in other cases due to its commonality and traceability. 2020-08-21T00:51:23Z 2020-08-21T00:51:23Z 2020-05 Independent Study (IS) http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/69700 en เชียงใหม่ : บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
