Summary:This qualitative research aims to study the guideline in facilitating the elderly learning and to understand the development for cooperative elderly learning space of Khuang Pao Sub-district Administrative Organization. The result indicated that the individual learning space has passed on the particular value due to the distinctive awareness towards learning value and importance of the elders of each community. The operation support of the executives, local administrative organization, and associate network, who are the main financial advocates, directly focuses on elderly learning space which fails in pursuing the performance achievement of other learning spaces. Therefore, goals, integrated cooperation of all sectors, and the greater involvement of elders in learning management should be set in order to truly answer the needs of the learners. It will, consequently, establish the strong, sustainable, and successful learning spaces where the socially expected public value can be passed along.
